1General Terms & Conditions

90jl (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online gaming and entertainment service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 90jl and its users. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• These Terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Register

To open an account with 90jl, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Registration by minors is prohibited by law.
• One account: Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all accounts being closed.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information will be terminated.
• Password Security: Never share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is required before a withdrawal can be processed. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested.

3Deposits & Payments

90jl accepts deposits via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services and bank transfers. The rules governing deposits are as follows:

• All deposited funds must come from your own payment method. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• No fees are charged on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• 90jl reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious deposits.

4Withdrawal Policy

90jl is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and securely. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• KYC Completed: Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering fulfilled: Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Same method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Minimum Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Processing Time: Once approved, mobile banking transfers typically take 15–30 minutes, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

5Bonuses & Promotions

90jl regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus offer page.

• Welcome bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Wagering requirement: A wagering requirement of 20–30x the deposit plus bonus amount typically applies. The specific requirement is stated in each individual offer.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses that are not used within the specified timeframe after being credited will be automatically removed.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in the bonus being voided and the account being closed.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.

6Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on 90jl:

• All games are operated by third-party licensed providers and are regularly audited.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring complete fairness.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, all bets for that round will be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops, the outcome of any active bets will be saved on the server.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 90jl:

• Multiple accounts: Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or for any other purpose.
• Software Use: Use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Attempting to influence the outcome of a game by colluding with other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder illicit funds.
• Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security.
• Third-Party Funds: Depositing using another person's payment method.

8Account Closure & Suspension

90jl reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms or suspicious activity.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• As directed by a legal or regulatory authority.

Inactive accounts may be charged an admin fee of BDT 100 per month until the balance reaches zero. If a balance remains prior to account closure, it will be returned provided no violations have occurred.

9Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information will never be sold.
• Information may only be shared with third parties when required by law.

10Limitation of Liability

90jl is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Game disruptions caused by issues with your device.
• Technical issues on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your login credentials.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of 90jl shall be considered final. That said, we are committed to resolving all matters fairly and transparently.

11Changes to Terms

90jl reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be posted on the platform.
• Notification may be sent to your registered email address.
• For significant changes, at least 7 days' advance notice will be given.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
